We started roasting our own coffee 5-6 years ago out of frustration with store bought and coffee chain coffees that suffered from overcooking, long storage, mixing and blending to save money, and just plain bad coffee. We started experimenting and quickly discovered that fresh roasted single-origin beans are absolutely delicious!

We are not coffee snobs, coffee is a necessity of a working person’s life (a least mine), it needs to step up and bring me out of a sleep-coma and keep me going through the day. It should not give me indigestion or make me wince when I take a chug.

We also discovered that fresh roasted, single-origin coffee does not have to be expensive. We have found varieties with great qualities for about the same price you would pay for a name brand burnt blend in the grocery store or coffee shop.

Our roasted coffee does not hide behind blends, big names or mass distribution systems. It is authentic, small batch, single origin coffee roasted artfully to express its best unique qualities. Every batch is as different as the sources we find and the varieties they produce.
